Clare County Council has appointed a design team to develop a 3-bed accessible home in Gaurus, Cappagh Lawn, Ennis. Co. Clare.
The proposed development will consist of:
Demolition of existing side and rear extensions.
Construction of new side and rear extensions, and refurbishment of existing bungalow.
Provision of new boundary wall, driveway, amenity space and new garden shed.

An open public consultation event with members of the design team will take place on Wednesday 15th July 2026 between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs in the annex to the Council Chamber at the main offices of Clare County Council at New Road, Ennis, County Clare, V95 DXP2.The documents are also available online for both viewing and making observations from Wednesday 15th July 2026 at 14:00hrs until Monday 20th July 2026 at 17.00hrs.
