Clare County Arts Office Panel of Artists 2024 – 2026 Call for applications for Music, Dance and Drama/Theatre artists/facilitators
Following a review of our artists panel, Clare Arts Office is seeking applications from artists (Clare based and national) who are interested in delivering and facilitating projects as part of our:
Artists in Schools Residency Programme
Embrace for Arts and People with a Disability Residency Programme
Youth Theatre
Creative Places Shannon (and other socially engaged arts programmes that may arise over this period)
To this end Clare Arts Office is seeking applications from artists under the following categories only:

Music (singer/musician/song writing/choir leader)
Drama/theatre
Dance
Artists who are selected on the panels are eligible to submit applications to our annual residency schemes and may be invited to participate in professional development training and other relevant opportunities that may arise from time to time.
More information on each programme is provided in the links below:
If you are already on the panel for 2023-2026 you do not need to reapply.
Artists who are selected will join a panel and may be offered work. Becoming a panelist does not automatically ensure that your services will be used.
We anticipate that projects / external funding schemes may arise over the duration of the panel from which we may engage artists from outside of the panel, due to the specialist nature of the work that may be required. We reserve the right not to use the panel in these instances.
Panel members must agree to submit their profile to the Artist Showcase on www.clarearts.ie (opens an external site)
Panel membership is subject to review after a three-year period.
The information supplied will be held for the duration of the panel and accessed only by employees of Clare County Council and appointed adjudicators for assessment purposes only.
Where working with children and vulnerable adults compliance is essential with appropriate legislation with regards to Health and Safety, Children First and Garda Vetting.
Applications will be assessed by an independent panel of experts.
