What artform are you involved in?
Outline what you are applying for and why it would benefit you in your arts practice.
For example if applying for materials or equipment, list what you want and why. If you want to attend a specific course/event/gathering/college, include dates and locations and outline the contents of the course/event and its benefits to your practice. If applying for research/space and time, detail the project you are working on and for what purpose such as exhibitions and so on.

How much are you applying for? (noting the max amounts for time/ research/materials/equipment is €500. Residencies/courses/events etc will be paid directly to the course providers)
Provide a breakdown of the costs associated with your application. ie. attending the course / event / hourly rate if looking for time to create / material or equipment costs etc.
