Notice of Public Consultation for a proposed housing development on council lands at Drumcliff Road, Ennis, Co. Clare

Clare County Council has appointed a design team to develop a 26-unit scheme at Drumcliff Road, Ennis, County Clare.

The proposed development will consist of the demolition of an existing dwelling, sheds, and outbuildings and the construction of 6 no. 3-bedroom, two-storey terraced dwellings, 4 no. 4-bedroom three storey semi-detached dwellings, 2 no. 3-bedroom single storey detached dwellings,12 no. 2-bedroom two storey terraced dwellings and 2 no. 2 bedroom two storey semi-detached dwellings. An open public consultation event with members of the design team will take place on Thursday 23^rd April 2026 between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs in the annex to the Council Chamber at the main offices of Clare County Council at New Road, Ennis, County Clare, V95 DXP2.

The documents will be available for both viewing and making submissions online from Thursday 23^rd April 2026 at 14:00hrs until Monday 27^th April 2026 at 17:00hrs.
