Clare County Council for the redevelopment of lands at Ballykinnacorra North, Ennis Road, Corofin Co. Clare.
Clare County Council has appointed a design team to develop a group home plus 1 bed apartment.
The proposed development will consist of:
Demolition of existing bungalow and garage unit.
Construction of new Group Home Bungalow and separate Apartment unit.
Provision of new driveway, parking areas, amenity space and new garden shed.
Replacement Treatment Unit & Polishing Filter, & connection to existing watermain.
Public Consultation
An open public consultation event with members of the design team will take place on Wednesday 15th July 2026 between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs in the annex to the Council Chamber at the main offices of Clare County Council at New Road, Ennis, County Clare, V95 DXP2.The documents are also available online for both viewing and making observations from Wednesday 15th July 2026 at 14:00hrs until Monday 20th July 2026 at 17.00hrs.
