section 38 proposed traffic calming measures to market square, scarriff and l4024 roadway in the townland of ballyminoge, co. clare
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Clare County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following improvement works within the village of Scarriff:
Upgrade and modify the existing footpaths and roadways
Provide raised tables with improved road markings
The provision of new public lighting
Designate parking and provide build outs
Installation of uncontrolled crossing points
New landscaped and planted areas
Installation of Benches, Smart Bins and Digital Information points
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection during normal office hours 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), for a period not less than four weeks beginning on the date of publication of this notice at the following locations;
Killaloe Municipal District Office, Mountshannon Road, Scarriff, Co. Clare, V94 X25K
