Does the figure of €14,000 include potential audio recordings and/or videography as part of the evaluation report or might there be a separate budget for this
There is a small budget within the Creative Places budget for audio recordings / videography currently. This is primarily for documenting events and projects. Additional requirements from a research perspective would need to come from the €14,000 figure.
With regard to the DRAFT evaluation report scheduled for November 1st, is this to be an evaluation of needs and suggestions from Shannon residents and other interviewees or is the evaluation to be based on the actual research work?
The November evaluation report is to evaluate the work done to date in Shannon and will be submitted to the Arts Council as such. This evaluation will potentially form the basis for the next application to be made for the longer term funding for the project in which we will be making the case for funding to address the needs and suggestions identified. There may be some overlap here but we see the evaluation as identifying the needs and the application as addressing these needs.
