The Healthy Clare Working Group are working with interested stakeholders in preparation for Healthy Ireland Round 4 funding 2023-2025. Information collected will influence our next Healthy Clare Strategy and Action Plan which is a requirement of Healthy Ireland Round 4. 

Healthy Clare is focusing on the following 2 Outcomes for the next 3 years, 

(1) Healthy Weight (with a focus on Overweight, Obesity and Malnutrition) and

(2) Mental Health Promotion (aiming to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in Clare).
