The Clare Libraries Development Plan 2023 – 2027 will shape the development of Clare Libraries’ services and facilities over the next five years, and we want your input as to what that might include.
Clare County Council is in the process of preparing a Library Development Plan to cover the period 2023 -2027. The plan is being prepared within the guidelines outlined in the National Library Strategy 2023 - 2027 and against the backdrop of other policies such as the Clare County Council Development Plan 2023 – 2029 and the Local Economic and Community Plan 2023 -2029.
